This session will show how Marketing/BD departments are leveraging technology to prove their value, streamline their administrative work, to evaluate opportunities to use Firm Marketing dollars, and to help lawyers manage relationships and opportunities in the BD pipeline. We’ll show specific examples of custom tools that have been built to fit the needs of Marketing/BD leaders, and we’ll hear from those leaders on how they’ve used these tools to support their lawyers, and to report to firm leadership. You will take away approaches you can use to modernize your own department. (Or at least ideas to improve your spreadsheets!)
