As I look back on 2024, I’m filled with gratitude for what has been one of
the most rewarding years of my journey with LMA. I had the privilege of working
alongside exceptional board members who not only took ownership of their roles
but consistently exceeded expectations. It was inspiring to witness the
remarkable teamwork that brought our regional conference to life, led by
outstanding co-chairs and an extraordinary committee.
This year also brought new opportunities to build relationships with members
and business partners that I deeply value. In May, I joined a new firm—a
decision made easier by the connections I’ve cultivated through LMA. 2024 has
been a year of tremendous growth, and I remain grateful for the education,
networking, and leadership opportunities that LMA offers.
As we look to the future, I am excited to see our region thrive under Powers
Tanis’ leadership. There has been a renewed energy and enthusiasm for serving
this organization and our industry. It’s truly inspiring to see professionals
at all career stages contribute to and enrich this dynamic network.
While my role will shift next year as Immediate Past President, I remain
committed to supporting the board and connecting with our members. Please don’t
