"I have always been passionate about helping others and so I was very keen to volunteer my time on three LMA task forces focused on replacing the association’s website with a brand new one. I thoroughly enjoyed the strategy portion of the work where my task force examined the LMA’s brand, membership, board survey results, website analytics, and the overall goals for this project. With these insights, I collaborated with other LMA members across North America to devise a new website structure, conceptualize an intuitive design, and draft SEO focused content.
