Based on a recent 2022 Harvard Business Review article, looking outside one’s own industry can be a way to fuel your firm’s inspiration and identify new and creative ideas and solutions. This program will include 4 CMOs from companies outside the legal industry, and will focus on the trends, opportunities and challenges these CMOs are dealing with in the current competitive environment. Discussion areas will include:
- Finding the voice of the customer
- Creative client solutions and receiving feedback
- Initiatives tried and failed
- Using AI
- Finding and retaining exceptional talent and the role of DEI
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain insights about marketing strategies and tactics used in other industries that can be applied to law firms.
- Receive recommendations and general advice as we “connect the dots” to help attendees with specific ideas they can take back to implement in their own firms.
- Obtain a keen understanding of the importance of customer-centric feedback mechanisms, and explore customer experience practices from other industries.
