About the Speakers:
Ali Carson is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Results-Certified Brain-Based Coach and dynamic facilitator with more than 18 years of experience working in all aspects of human resources, learning and development. In her role as senior director of talent development, she partners with firm management in the design and implementation of Armstrong Teasdale’s organization development strategy. This includes responsibilities for performance development, talent management and succession identification, CLE administration, training, career development planning, assessment, coaching and leadership development.
Meghan Chun is the owner of her own business, Meghan Chun Coaching & Consulting, where she provides leadership coaching and consulting as well as team development for organizations. Meghan has a Master of Divinity degree from Aquinas Institute of Theology as well as a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and has a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
