AI OH MY: Marketing Policies That Won’t Get You Sued

Wednesday, April 9 | Noon - 1 p.m. CT

Whether you work at a large firm, small firm, or internal, AI will fall on your doorstep. Building a comprehensive policy for AI use now will minimize legal risk and optimize the firm's marketing capacity to find and engage with the right clients.
In this workshop, Dan Farkas will address the three questions any communicator must consider before incorporating AI into their work:
  • What can AI do really well?
  • Where does AI struggle?
  • How do I create an ethically responsible and legally viable process that keeps me out of trouble?
This workshop will help you create an AI policy for your firm and the clients you serve. The takeaways also allow you to bring a diverse team together at the office upon the conference's completion to act upon the lessons learned. Required
