It’s easy to say that legal marketing is decidedly different from marketing anywhere else. It can come with a learning curve, as well as its own set of opportunities and challenges.
In this program, legal marketing leaders Louise Henkel, director of business development and marketing at Hill Ward Henderson, and Anne Zambrano, director of marketing and business development at Carlton Fields, will cover what lessons they have learned throughout their many years of experience in our field. They will share what has stayed the same and what has shifted in the industry (particularly post-pandemic), how they’ve progressed through their respective career paths, what they look for from their teams, and what initiatives and projects they are currently prioritizing for their firms and teams moving forward.
The panelists will also discuss career development, providing insights and advice on the types of positions/paths available in the legal marketing landscape, the core capabilities needed to navigate the industry, and how to advocate for yourself and strategically showcase your value to law firm leadership and attorneys.
