Tech West & Southwest Conference

The Southwest and West LMA regions are proud to announce that this year we are fusing our regional conferences to
bring Tech West by Southwest (TW x SW) to LMA. As technology, marketing communications and business development
continue to evolve and revolutionize the way we interact with clients and each other, it’s important for us to fuse
our efforts to achieve our common goals for change. This first of its kind conference does just that – melding
together people with different skills from different regions to create real impact in the legal industry.
Pre-Conference:
Two pre-conference sessions will be available on Wednesday afternoon from 1-5pm. One will be
an LMA Next session and one will be a CMO Session. Please note that only first-chair legal marketers from a law firm are
invited to the CMO Session. Pre-conference sessions are free for all LMA members who have registered for the entire
conference. If you are only interested in attending the pre-conference, the cost will be $100. If you are a non-member
who wishes to attend the pre-conference we will add $100 to your total registration cost.
Conference Agenda:
The conference will begin on Thursday, October 24th and run through lunch on Friday, October 25th. We will offer three tracks focused on

Marketing & Communications
Marketing Technology
Every track will provide attendees with practical advice on how they can improve these functions and tools to support revenue generation and overall firm growth.
We are currently reviewing speaker submissions and will update the agenda as we finalize panel topics so stay tuned and check back for updates!

Hotel:A block of rooms for conference attendees has been reserved at the Aria Hotel from
Wednesday, October 23–Friday, October 25. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly at
866-359-7757 and specify the LMA Tech West by Southwest Conference room rate. Attendees are encouraged to book their rooms early. A limited number of rooms are
available, and the rate cannot be guaranteed when our quantity runs out. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, October
1, 2024.

Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your registration, an email must be sent to
LMAWest@legalmarketing.org or
LMASouthwest@legalmarketing.org requesting a refund. This email must be received by September 23 to receive a full refund. If notice is received after September 23, a refund of half the registration cost will be issued. No refunds will be available after October 1 due to our commitment to the hotel.
