Adam C. Severson

Adam Severson is the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Baker Donelson.  Mr. Severson is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the Firm's business development and marketing initiatives, and collaborates with the Firm's lawyers and professional staff to maintain a client focus, increase marketplace awareness and facilitate cross-office and cross-practice collaboration. He sets direction for practice group- and industry-driven strategies, public relations, client interviews, brand management, advertising, competitive intelligence and market research. He is a nationally-recognized presenter and leader in the legal marketing and business development community.  Adam is a Past President of the Legal Marketing Association, member of the LMA Hall of Fame, a Fellow in College of Law Practice Management and was recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as CMO of the Year (all industries).

Tiffany Zeigler
Chief Marketing Officer

Tiffany Zeigler is the Chief Marketing Officer at Polsinelli, where she manages the strategy and execution of the firm’s national brand and business development initiatives. Along with her team, Tiffany leads marketing operations, communications, executive business development coaching and training, client service and experience programming, and public relations. With extensive knowledge in business development, Tiffany is adept at crafting and implementing growth strategies for new and existing clients, and markets. Tiffany synthesizes her passion for building great teams with day-to-day marketing and business development practices to help create an unparalleled customer service experience for our clients.  Tiffany holds a B.A. in English and History from Purdue University and a J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law. With a combined knowledge of the legal industry and law, Tiffany clearly communicates the needs of in-house counsel and legal decision-makers to firm leadership to execute on marketing-driven objectives of the firm’s strategic plan. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Tiffany led strategic business development and marketing teams for several Am Law 100 firms.
