With a changing legal market, creating happy clients is dependent upon a successful client service process, and effective pricing and collections are critical pieces of the puzzle. Join us in person in either Jones Walker’s Baton Rouge or New Orleans office for an interactive program in which Kim Perret, Chief Marketing Officer, and Antonella Montagna, Director of Pricing and Legal Project Management, at Jones Walker provide tips on how to assess your clients' needs and how to provide a pricing proposal that meets their legal and budgetary needs. The session also will include a discussion on how to present a pricing offering that stands out and differentiates your firm from the competition.

Kim Perret 
Chief Marketing Officer, Jones Walker

A legal marketing professional for more than 30 years, Kim leads all of Jones Walker's marketing and client development efforts. As a member of the executive management team, she works closely with firm leadership to develop the firm’s overall business development, client service, marketing communications, and marketing technology initiatives.

Kim served as the 2006 LMA International President and was a member of the inaugural LMASW Board of Directors. She continues to be involved as co-chair of LMA’s Advocacy Committee. Kim was honored as the sole inductee to the 2013 LMA Hall of Fame and named a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management in 2018


Antonella Montagna
Director of Pricing and Legal Project Management, Jones Walker 

Antonella Montagna is responsible for pricing and project management at Jones Walker. She develops strategies that drive client value and efficiency at the firm.

Working closely with firm lawyers, Antonella creates innovative, client-centric pricing strategies and service delivery models to address a variety of legal needs. She is focused on deploying Agile methodologies to monitor, scope, and assign work across the firm’s practice groups, and exploring alternative fee and rate structure arrangements. She also works to design and enhance the firm’s pricing processes, matter and client financial reporting, and matter profiling capabilities.

Before joining Jones Walker, Antonella worked in pricing and project management at a global law firm.
