New York: A High-Trust Law Firm Culture – How Legal Marketers Can Move the Needle

A High-Trust Law Firm Culture – How Legal Marketers Can Move the Needle

Wednesday, May 8 | 11:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. ET

In law firms, a positive culture is priceless. It fosters a sense of community and collaboration and directly impacts the firm's ability to grow its business and retain top talent.

When a law firm prioritizes culture, it becomes a magnet for diverse professionals and encourages innovation and ethical practices. It also enormously impacts how clients are served.

However, when this cultural foundation is neglected or undermined, the consequences can be profound: high turnover, diminished morale and lack of cohesion can erode the firm's effectiveness and reputation.

This program will delve into the essential elements of fostering a robust firm culture, particularly how legal marketers can ignite the process. We’ll explore best practices of leadership, communication, inclusivity and collaboration across the firm. Attendees will learn strategies to help fortify their firm's foundation and help build a high-trust culture. Our expert panel will discuss:

  • The elements of a high-trust culture that inspire collaboration and growth.
  • The actions leaders should take to ensure the right culture exists.
  • How the right culture can support marketing and business development efforts.
  • How culture impacts recruiting and how to ensure that the lawyers firms hire are the right match.
