Kiara Hughes
Director of Business Development at TRĒ AI

Kiara Hughes is the Director of Business Development at TRĒ AI, maker of the cutting edge TRĒ CRM for professional services. Kiara is an experienced strategic marketing and business leader with more than two decades of legal industry experience. Before joining TRĒ AI, Kiara held the role of Strategic Solutions Advisory Director for Intapp, advising C-suite decision-makers at the local, national, and international levels on marketing, business development, change management, and technology. Prior to that, she spent 20+ years at Miles & Stockbridge in a variety of director-level marketing and technology roles. Kiara is a member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and serves on the Mid-Atlantic Regional Board as the Director of Diversity, Advocacy and Community Engagement. She holds Master of Management (MMGT) in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship with a focus on Engineering Innovation & Strategic Leadership from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business as well as two master’s degrees in digital marketing and social media marketing from Rutgers University's Executive Business School.



Erin Ryan
Director of Partner Integration & Business Development Coaching 

Erin Ryan has dedicated her nearly 20-year career to navigating the complexities of Am Law 100 firms, constantly learning, refining, and innovating her approach. As the first-ever Director of Partner Integration & Business Development Coaching at McGuireWoods, she has worked with key stakeholders and firm leadership to develop a robust integration program built from passion, vision, and strategy. The hard-wired framework of the program leverages technology, tools, processes and KPIs to ensure reliability and sustainability. The substance of the program leverages human capital: 1-on-1 coaching, effective communication, and empowering people to make positive impact. Erin’s unwavering mission is to propel her clients, colleagues, and team toward realizing their greatest potential. She is currently advancing her skills through an executive coaching certification and pursuing the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. 

Erin frequently writes and speaks on business development, management, and professional growth, and is an active member in the Legal Marketing Association. At the national level, she is currently serving on the LMA’s Education Advisory Council. EAC appointees are "visionaries, thought-leaders, strategizers, guides and ambassadors" for LMA, influencing the direction and form of the education provided by LMA to its thousands of members. She has also served in various local and regional capacities, including co-chair of the 2022 regional conference, DEI Member Resource Group facilitator, and member of the Well-Being Committee. 

Erin received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, where she also received her B.A. in journalism and public relations. Beyond her professional endeavors, she embraces the multifaceted roles of a soccer mom, PTA volunteer, short order cook, avid fiction reader, and meticulous organizer of, quite literally, everything.




Linda Sanders, JD
Director of Client Experience

Linda Sanders focuses on adding value to client relationships, developing creative and innovative solutions to clients’ needs, and ensuring clients receive consistently excellent service.

Linda has more than 25 years of legal industry experience, including strategic roles in business development, continuing legal education, and court administration. She is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association, where she has planned and executed educational programming for law firm marketers and business development professionals at the local and regional levels.

Linda received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in English from Spelman College.
