This is a program not to be missed!  Many of the projects either originating from or relying on the marketing and business development team require collaboration across multiple departments at a firm for success. In this case study, we will talk about how the desire to capture more meaningful business development activity was the driver for the implementation of a new expense reimbursement system. Bringing together marketing, technology, administrative assistants, human resources, accounting, and attorneys, we will discuss best practices for managing change and engaging an entire firm around a common goal.

Change management is a critical element of all of our roles no matter what chair we sit in. The Prosci ADKAR Model is an internationally recognized approach to breaking down a given process, recognizing the need for guiding people’s energy for good, and then helping ensure the effort becomes part of the culture of the firm.

We’re excited this dynamic program that showcases specific case studies from luminaries in the industry and how the ADKAR model was applied!

Learning Objectives:

  1. Discuss the Change Management ADKAR Model® (developed by: Prosci)
  2. Identify key stakeholders within the implementation process
  3. Learn tips on to how engage stakeholders throughout the entire firm to help create a common goal
