Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE) is an experimental search experience that uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) to improve user’s search experience. ‘What’s working now’ has become the trend term in an ever-evolving marketing landscape where failure to adapt has extreme consequences.
While SGE is currently only available to a limited number of people, there are some predictions that it will be fully launched as Google’s default search experience in 2024. The rollout of SGE will bring several extreme changes, including generating AI-powered overviews or snapshots on topics, full integration of videos and images in search results, and an evolved search user interface.
Is SGE The AI-pocalypse of Law Firm SEO?
Adam Draper, CEO of Gladiator Law Marketing, will provide an overview of what to expect and how to prepare for SGE, and in the SIG’s true Tea Time fashion, we will provide an opportunity for the group to share their experiences and expectations for the next chapter of SEO.
- Understand the changes that SGE and AI powered search is expected to bring.
- Assess whether law firms need to reconsider their SEO strategy now, and what steps they should take to do so.
- Facilitate an open dialogue where participants can share whether they are already planning for changes that SGE will bring, or whether they need to start doing so.
