As marketing and business development professionals in the legal industry, we’re all familiar with being in a room with high-profile, busy, demanding individuals. And many of us have experienced moments in this room where we felt like we didn’t belong. At what point does this imposter syndrome go away? And how do we ensure our voices are not just heard, but sought out?
In this session, we will explore and identify ways to embrace your value add. We have strengths that complement those of our attorneys. How can we capitalize on this during practice group or client development meetings? When and, more importantly, how do we say ‘no’ to key stakeholders? What steps do you need to take to develop champions outside of your own department? How can you help connect the dots and join the conversation on strategic planning? Join us for an interactive dialogue to answer these questions and more.
