- Pause, reflect and take a collective breath. The town hall is a way of holding space to acknowledge this moment as a community.
- Take the time to better understand where we are so that we can direct our next steps with intention. While our firms and companies may be in a hurry, it is critical to understand how we got here before moving on to solutions.
- Learn how the latest wave of racial injustice, the disproportionate impact of COVID on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) communities, and workplace diversity and inclusion are connected. Gather recommended resources to deepen personal knowledge of these links and to share with our employer/colleagues.
