Business development (BD) is a craft that can be learned. Sadly, most lawyers aren’t taught it. In this session, you will learn the core procedural elements lawyers need to know to bring in business. Then, you will examine how you can put yourself in the position of driving growth across your firm. This session will use elements of a highly interactive training programs.
