While it seems straight-forward, we all know that profitability can be a tricky topic for law firm business professionals and the lawyers we advise. Drawing on both PLI’s Improving Profitability course (now available to LMA members as a complimentary member benefit), and the Strategies and Voices podcast, “Demystifying Law Firm Profitability,” this roundtable discussion will provide attendees with a deep dive and real-time discussions that will allow attendees to:
Learning Outcomes:
- Develop a sense of comfort and credibility when speaking to peers and lawyers about law firm profitability.
- Identify opportunities to ask smarter questions about profitability in day-to-day conversations at law firms
- Discuss how lawyers can better communicate their value – where marketing and business development teams can help drive profitability
