One small suggestion that stood out to me was the idea of keeping 3 lists: a to-do list, a brag list, and an idea list. We all have our to-do list, which is sometimes never-ending. But it’s important to think about long-term goals and projects, and to take the time to recognize our successes, think about what went well, and be ready to share that with teammates and colleagues. – Levi Wick
