Kevin Iredell brings to the CMO role a strong background in and hands-on knowledge of marketing, communications, branding, business development, operations, and public relations–all with a specific focus on demonstrating ROI. At Lowenstein, he drives growth across business units by creating and executing firm-wide and practice-group strategic plans and leading the marketing and business development team through strategic resource allocation, creative campaigns, and marketing technology platform optimization.

Kevin's broad perspective is derived from his experience in leadership roles inside and outside of the legal industry. He has led marketing and business development at two other Am Law 200 firms; he also developed and led the marketing research and measurement group of Greentarget, a national public relations firm. Earlier, Kevin served as Vice President of Legal Intelligence & Marketing at ALM Media, where he was responsible for marketing, social media, communications, and market intelligence programs across all of ALM's publications and web sites, including The American Lawyer and Law.com.

Kevin is an active speaker on marketing and business-of-law topics, and is also currently the President-Elect on the International Board of Directors of the Legal Marketing Association, where he has served as an Executive Board Member for the past several years. He holds a B.A. in economics from Villanova University.


Amber Bollman

Amber has worked in a wide variety of business development and marketing roles for law firms for nearly the past decade. Having served in national and local leadership roles with the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), she has also written articles, recorded podcasts, moderated panels, and presented to law school classes on a variety topics, including client feedback, business development strategy and effective public relations.

Amber's primary focus – to keep the perspective of clients top of mind – is a well-integrated component of the firm's BT ValueWorks program, which includes a suite of pricing, process and technology solutions aimed at better aligning the firm's service delivery with the needs of clients.

In addition to assessing client satisfaction through a variety of feedback initiatives, Amber assists in the development and execution of customized action plans to enhance the level of service being provided. Amber is also a passionate believer that law firms must strive to reflect the diversity of their clients and communities. As such, she provides leadership to the firm's LGBTQ employee resource group and diversity and inclusion efforts, working to shape an affirming and inclusive environment for attorneys and other administrative professionals.

Morgan MacLeod, Co-owner of Cubicle Fugitive Inc., is a brand, marketing and web strategy specialist with twenty years of experience helping companies build and manage their brands online and offline. With a passion for selling services and intangibles, she has spent the last decade working almost exclusively with professional service companies helping them create strategic, meaningful and memorable identities.

With a strong foundation in market research and sales, Morgan develops strategies, designs, campaigns, marketing plans and brands by first understanding and addressing client needs and then using those insights to help convert interest into deeper relationships and new business. Having interviewed thousands of legal experts, Morgan intimately understands their professional mindset and challenges when building their firm and profile. She regularly works with professionals, both established and juniors fresh out of school, to help them articulate their points of difference and build strategies for cultivating new business.

Morgan is a regular speaker at various legal-specific conferences, including the LMA, CIMPA and TLOMA and is often sought out as a trainer and marketing motivator for new and accomplished lawyers. Her company, Cubicle Fugitive, a full-service Professional Service Marketing Firm, has been helping clients define their brands, design their identities, develop their websites and market their firms since 2003.


Kathryn Whitaker

Kathryn Whitaker has 20 years of experience in legal marketing and business development and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Burr & Forman, a law firm of 350 attorneys across eight states. She works closely with firm leadership and other administrative departments to drive performance improvement firm-wide.

A results-oriented professional, Kathryn prioritizes operational excellence in the marketing department by effectively leveraging its key resources – people, processes, data, and technology. She develops and implements marketing and business development plans, while overseeing efforts to facilitate cross-office and cross-practice collaboration for the benefit of firm clients. Kathryn also oversees the firm's client relations and client feedback programs as well as branding, communications, media, and public relations.

Kathryn previously served for four years on the Legal Marketing Association Board of Directors and was President of the Southeast Region in 2013.

A proud Clemson University graduate, avid reader, and average competitive tennis player, Kathryn lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and two children.

For the past 13 years, Moustafa has helped law firms and legal services providers grow their businesses, by offering a variety of opportunities to get in front of in-house corporate counsel. Through his experience, he's worked on various event programming from sponsors and managed all headquarter event tradeshows. He prides himself on providing his clients with the highest quality service to make sure that they succeed.

Maziel Abrego is an accomplished legal marketing and business development professional with over 20 years of experience working with law firms. As the Director of Marketing and Practice Development at Vedder Price, Maziel oversees the firm's practice development department and provides strategic guidance on business development initiatives for practice groups and attorneys. She also leads the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to support the firm's growth initiatives.

Throughout her career, Maziel has executed successful marketing initiatives for law firms, such as client and practice development programs. She has conducted market and client research to help law firms identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies for targeting key clients. She has also led marketing and communication programs, including social media platforms, database/CRM development, website and blog management, branding projects, client team initiatives, collateral development and events. Her experience in legal marketing and business development has made her a sought-after advisor for law firms and legal associations.

Maziel holds a JD from the Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua in Panama and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Fordham University School of Law. In 2013, she served as President of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). Currently, she is the past Co-Chair and member of the Talent Development Committee and 2024 Annual Conference Advisory Committee member of the International Legal Marketing Association. She is also a Member of the Board of the Law Firm Media Professionals.

In addition to his work responsibilities, Robert is active in the legal marketing community, having held numerous board and committee positions in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). Robert is also a frequent writer and speaker on issues relating to legal marketing. His work has appeared in a variety of industry publications, including the LMA's Strategies Magazine, and he has been a featured speaker at numerous national and regional legal marketing events.

Allen Chichester

Allen specializes in business development coaching for attorneys and in providing interim CMO services. Allen has over 20 years' experience as a CMO for law firms, including Barnes & Thornburg, DLA Piper US, and Piper Rudnick. Prior experience includes a decade long stint as CEO for Leo Burnett Greater China based in Hong Kong, where he helped this global ad firm launch boots on the ground in China with offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. Allen excels at building successful marketing organizations and mentoring staff to help them achieve their life goals.


Julie Eichelbaum

Julie has served as the Director of Client Relations for a boutique firm specializing in School Law for twenty-four years. In this role, she has bridged the divide of providing essential legal services for clients while identifying and implementing new revenue streams for the firm. With Julie's innovative marketing strategies and her propensity for building long-lasting relationships, she has assisted the firm in growing its clientele to consist of approximately 20% of the school districts in the state of Texas.

Julie additionally has grown the firm's presence through providing timely and professionally produced seminars and conferences, publishing accompanying manuals and materials, and successfully negotiating retainer agreements with hundreds of school districts and charter schools in the State of Texas. It is her number one goal to make sure clients know that their attorney is a part of their team, from providing training in preventive law to litigation and all other legal needs in between.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Labor Relations from Indiana University. Prior to a career in marketing, Julie was in Employee Relations for such Fortune 50 companies as PepsiCola and Quaker Oats.

With a career in legal marketing spanning 15 years, Rafeedah Keys is a seasoned marketer with a deep understanding of the legal landscape. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from boutique law firms to international firms, helping each navigate the ever-evolving digital marketing space, develop targeted marketing strategies, and generate leads that convert into clients.

Rafeedah is currently the Head of Privacy and Tech Practice Marketing at Perkins Coie LLP and a member of Legal Marketing Association's (LMA) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She is a former Co-Chair of LMA's inaugural Diversity & Inclusion special interest group and was a member of LMA's initial Diversity & Inclusion Task Force.

Rafeedah has an MBA from University of London and a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. She also has several professional certifications, the most recent of which is an Executive Certification in Diversity Coaching from Coach Diversity Institute and Howard University.


Amanda Lindley

Naturally motivated by collaboration, Amanda plays a key role in cross-selling and servicing clients by connecting attorneys across the firm's 7 offices and numerous practice areas while helping to create new business opportunities. She doesn't consider it a dessert unless it is chocolate.


Brooke Loucks

Brooke Loucks is the director of brand and communications for McDermott Will & Emery where she oversees internal communications, public relations, editorial and brand journalism, as well as creative services and employee brand. Prior to joining McDermott, she oversaw the development and marketing of thought leadership for a global Am Law 'A-List' firm.

Brooke has more than 20 years of experience working in marketing, public relations and business development roles within the legal industry. Prior to transitioning to the legal sector, she was a director of development overseeing a multimillion-dollar annual fund at one of Chicago's largest healthcare systems.

In addition to serving on the Client Advisory Committee of the Practicing Law Institute, Brooke is a member of the Marketing Committee of the Chicago Bar Foundation. She previously served in various regional and international volunteer roles with LMA as well as on the boards of the Chicago Bar Foundation and the Legal Professional Services Council of Chicago.

Brooke earned a M.S. in Communication from Northwestern University, a B.A. in English from the University of Dayton and a Certificate in Fundraising from Indiana University. She is a published author, sailor and runner (sometimes, kinda), and an avid traveler.


Bianca Madrigal

Bianca Madrigal is a Business Development Manager at Paul Hastings and based in the firm's New York office. She leads the business development efforts and marketing strategy for the firm's global Financial Restructuring Group, which is comprised of over 80 lawyers focusing on all aspects of restructuring, including finance, corporate and litigation. Bianca works closely with practice group leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives and oversees all aspects of pitches and proposals, communications, awards and recognitions and events for the group. In addition, she ensures the practice goals align with the firm's business objectives and vision. Bianca currently serves on the Northeast Board of Directors for LMA as a Director-at-Large for Communications.
