Want to learn creative new strategies to improve how you
work and how you serve clients?
Join us for a Design Thinking Workshop for law firm
professionals, where you’ll learn the basics of design thinking as an
innovation strategy, including how to understand clients' needs, host creative
brainstorming sessions, and test out new ideas. You'll hear about what other
law firms have done to improve their operations and client service using design
thinking. And you’ll get to practice these new skills with hands-on activities
relevant to your day-to-day work.
We'll help you understand what design thinking is, and how
to put it into action in small and big ways at your firm.
