Andy Peterson co-founded Design Build Legal (DBL) five years ago, after nearly a decade at Davis Wright Tremaine (DWT). While at DWT, he was a founding member of DWT De Novo, one of the first U.S. law firm teams to make client-focused innovation its full-time job. Soon after De Novo won DWT its second of back-to-back “Innovative Law Firm of the Year” awards from the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), Andy left to work with other firms across the country that wanted to design better client experiences. DBL's solutions leverage technology, pricing, process improvement, data analysis, and staffing alignment, all of which add up to help law firms solve some of their clients’ most difficult legal and business challenges.
