We are excited to welcome Mo Bunnell to the LMA West Region for Business Development Bootcamp! This 4-part series is designed for anyone working in business development – from entry to mid-level business development roles – looking to build their skill set and chart their path in the legal marketing industry.
Mo Bunnell, the CEO & Founder of Bunnell Idea Group, will lead the program and we’ll have industry experts from the West Region discuss implementation strategies, share best practices, and provide tips they’ve learned for successful business development.
The 4-part series consists of a 1.5 hour session each week to provide attendees the tools to hone their business development skills in opportunity management, demand creation, coaching your attorneys, how to take control of your career and more!
Mo will teach the first hour of each session followed by discussions with business development experts from the legal and consulting industries during the subsequent half hour. The four sessions are focused on:
- Consistent Business Development Habits
- Coaching Your Attorneys
- Creating Demand for Legal Services
- Proactively Designing your Career Trajectory
Participants will receive a Business Development Bootcamp certificate and a digital copy of Mo’s book “The Snowball System,” upon completion of the program.
This program includes:
- Four 1.5 hour training sessions with Mo Bunnell and a business development expert;
- Six video lessons on “Business Development Habits” emailed daily beginning September 24th. The short 10-minute videos will prepare you for the first class; (To receive this added benefit, permission must be provided to the LMA West Region to share your name and email with Bunnell Idea Group, which emails the daily video lessons.)
- Digital copy of “The Snowball System” book; and
- Business Development Bootcamp certificate.
