Sharpen Your CX Skills: Improving Stakeholder Experiences with You and Your Team

Do you aim to please but often feel that your efforts go unnoticed? When making requests of attorneys or other business professionals, is your team often met with resistance or-worse-radio silence?

We’ve all had the amazing experience of working with a colleague who knows how to set boundaries, while simultaneously making us feel that what we are asking for is important (and a priority). We have also all had the opposite experience- we become frustrated and upset with a colleague who is dismissive, rude, or just indifferent to our requests. How do you want to be perceived by those with whom you work, day in and day out? How likely are you to retain positive working relationships if you aren’t providing your colleagues with outstanding service?

This hands-on, interactive session incorporates training and roundtable brainstorming on creating and implementing a successful client service initiative within your firm.

Key Takeaways:
  • Ways to delight your internal clients.
  • Understanding the satisfaction spectrum and how to build loyalty and advocacy in your internal relationships.
  • Setting priorities and boundaries while providing immense value to your team and the firm.

Your registration includes lunch and a fantastic lineup of programing.
