About the Panelists

Sarah Hodo is the Competitive Intelligence Manager at Baker Donelson. With more than ten years of competitive intelligence and information services experience, Sarah provides research and current awareness services to help build business development strategies and uncover opportunities. Sarah is the Co-Chair of the LMA Competitive Intelligence SIG, and the former Chair of the LMA Birmingham Local Steering Committee. She studied history and political science at the University of Montevallo and earned an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

Samantha Callahan serves as Business Development Specialist, Litigation, for Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Previously, she served as the sole Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Dinsmore & Shohl where she provided CI analysis and business development intel for more than 700 attorneys across the country. She began her legal marketing career at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Pittsburgh, and has also worked in the insurance and financial services industries. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.

Rebecca Luken has served as Manager of Competitive & Market Intelligence at BakerHostetler LLP for the past eight years and has nearly 25 years of experience in information roles in professional services firms. She began her career as a law librarian with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and went on to hold research and competitive intelligence positions with Ernst & Young and KeyCorp. Following a brief period as analyst with Kennedy Information (now ALM Media) she returned to the legal industry in 2011. Rebecca studied art history at the University of Cincinnati and earned Master of Library Science degree from Indiana University.

Sara Coffey manages marketing and user content at ContactEase CRM Made Easy. She uses her experience as a former law firm marketer and ContactEase client to help clients make the most of their investment and move CRM strategy forward. A longtime member of LMA, Sara is current co-chair of the Ohio Local Steering Committee and a former co-chair of the Competitive Intelligence SIG. Prior to joining ContactEase, she was the Senior Marketing Technology Manager at Jackson Kelly.
