Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson, CEO of Calibrate Speaker Bio Jennifer Johnson is the CEO of Calibrate. She has spent two decades inside of, and as a consultant to, law firms. Jennifer helps clients understand the importance of their human capital investments, and to advance the dialog between law firm leadership and the Revenue Enablers™ who are critical to advancing their strategies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Baylor University, is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and has been recognized as a Global Top 100 Leader in Strategy by LawDragon for four years running. In 2023, Jennifer was recognized as both a top Woman in Business and Best CEO nominee by the Austin Business Journal.


Toni Wells

Toni Wells is a marketing and business development professional with 20 years of experience working in the legal services industry. Toni primarily coaches high-performing lawyers on business development, marketing, and person branding matters. Prior to launching her consulting practice, Toni held business development leadership roles at several prominent international law firms. Toni earned a master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is an ACC-accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Everything DiSC® trainer.
