LMASE presents "Mastering the Art of Managing Up"

It’s no surprise we all have communication preferences around how we like to deliver and receive information. However, those who know how to adapt their style to meet the communication needs of their audience can vastly improve their productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. Join executive coach Nicole Provonchee for a fun, engaging program on how to master the art of managing up. Attendees will learn more about their own style and how to identify and adapt to the styles of other colleagues. Each participant will be asked to complete a short communication assessment before attending the event.
The interactive hour will feature breakout rooms, discussions and a Q/A to ensure you learn how to greatly improve your success in managing up, down and across through simple, customized communication strategies.

Nicole Provonchee is an experienced executive coach, speaker and strategist working with successful women leaders to help them seize opportunities, overcome obstacles and achieve impactful, impressive results. Prior to launching her coaching company Bright Blue Consulting, Nicole built her career as a leader across healthcare companies large and small. Most recently, she was a Vice President with the population health division of Ascension and a Senior Director with North Highland Consulting's healthcare practice.
As a coach and strategist, Nicole works with leaders and teams at start-ups, nonprofits and Fortune 50 corporations. Her client list includes HCA, Ascension, NaviHealth, Nashville CARES, Ronald McDonald House Charities, LifePoint and Bridgestone.
As a female executive, Nicole can relate to the unique stresses and situations women face as professionals and leaders. As a working mother, she understands the challenge of finding just the right balance of work, family, friends and the rest of life.
Nicole lives in Nashville with her husband and two sons. She holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she started the school's first MBA association for women. She is also a coaching instructor at the Center for NonProfit Management, an Advisor at the Entrepreneur Center, and an active volunteer with nonprofit groups focused on supporting women and children.
