We are pleased to invite you to attend our second LMA Europe event in Paris.

The event will take place on Tuesday 18 April at Linklaters, with a special guest speaker, Marie Potel-Saville , founder of Amurabi and FairPatterns who will share her experience in the field of “Legal Design” and explore the latest trends and innovations in this rapidly growing area.

Legal Design is an innovation and problem-solving method that applies design to the area of law to bridge the gap between the law and its users: to create accessible, actionable and engaging legal documents and processes. The session will cover topics such as the impact of legal design on access to justice, the role of technology in legal design, and best practices for designing legal services that meet the needs of diverse users, e.g. in data privacy, compliance, contracts, litigation... We'll also focus on “dark patterns” (interfaces that deceive and manipulate users): why should you care, what's the difference between digital ads/marketing and dark patterns, what are the risks incurred and how to solve them.

In addition to the insightful keynote speech and follow-up discussions, the event will provide a great opportunity for networking and collaboration with fellow Marketing & BD professionals. If you are interested in the business of law, this conference is not to be missed.
