LMA Midwest Regional Conference

The Legal Marketing Association (LMA)’s Midwest Region is excited to invite you to Chicago for the 2025 LMA Midwest Regional Conference this October!

This year’s theme, “Activate Your Potential: Connect. Collaborate. Create” is built on the foundation of momentum and connection, where ideas spark action, collaboration fuels meaningful relationships, and innovation drives measurable impact. Grounded in LMA’s Body of Knowledge (BoK), the conference offers curated breakout tracks in business development, technology, and professional development:

Hotel:

A block of rooms for conference attendees has been reserved at the Swissôtel from Wednesday, October 9 to Friday, October 10. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly at (312) 565-0565 and specify the LMA 2025 Midwest Regional Meeting room rate. Click Here to book your hotel at a discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book their rooms early. A limited number of rooms are available, and the rate cannot be guaranteed when our quantity runs out. Stay tuned for a reservation cut-off date. 

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your registration, you must send an email to lmamidwest@legalmarketing.org requesting a refund. To receive a full refund, your request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be honored. However, transfers will be accepted, with applicable fees applied if necessary
