Hotel:
A block of rooms for conference attendees has been reserved at the JW MARRIOTT WASHINGTON, DC from October 25 – October 26, 2023. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly at (202) 393-2000 and specify the LMA 2023 Mid Atlantic Regional Meeting room rate. Click Here to book your hotel at a discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book their rooms early. A limited number of rooms are available and the rate cannot be guaranteed when our quantity runs out. Reservations must be made by October 4, 2023.

Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your registration, an email must be sent to LMAMidAtlantic@legalmarketing.org requesting a refund. This email must be received by September 28th, 2023 to receive a full refund. If notice is received after September 28th, 2023, a refund less a $100 cancellation fee will be issued. No refund requests will be honored after October 12th, 2023. Substitutions will be accepted by October 12th.
