About the Panelists:

Wayne Pollock,
a former Am Law 50 senior associate, is the founder of the Law Firm Editorial Service, an award-winning content strategy and thought leadership ghostwriting service serving Big Law and boutique law firms, including boutique plaintiffs' firms. Wayne advises law firm partners and their marketing colleagues on all aspects of content strategy and execution to help them build their practices, their firms, and their prominence. He believes the best way to build effective and scalable referral marketing programs at plaintiffs' firms is through content marketing and thought leadership—and is shocked how few firms actually build such programs.

Laura Mullins,
partner at Pintas & Mullins Law Firm is the personal injury lawyer every victim deserves to have fighting on their behalf. She is also the chief architect of the firm's powerhouse legal team approach, and personally selects and oversees each team built around the specific needs of our clients. With more than 25 years of experience, Laura contributes to the success and well-being of the firm. She has worked with dozens of firms across the country to be able to better serve those who have been injured.

Yalda B. Fischer
currently serves as Director of Operations for Injury Law Group NW in Issaquah, WA. Her longtime love of reading and analyzing books contributes to why she enjoys working in the legal industry, and her concentration on marketing within law satisfies her creative side. She has served on the LMA Northwest Local Chair for the past two years, focusing on Membership. Born and raised in Arizona, Yalda is a HUGE Green Bay Packers fan and has a passion for reducing, recycling, and repurposing, another outlet for her creativity. She is married to her husband Kent and together they have a 4-year-old son who loves robots and cuddling.
