Mid-Atlantic Webinar Recording: Client Communications: What Do Clients Really Want?

Mid-Atlantic Webinar Recording: Client Communications: What Do Clients Really Want?

Recorded June 8, 2021

LMA Mid-Atlantic hosted a panel discussion with experienced in-house lawyers to get their take on law firm alerts, newsletters, webinars, podcasts and all the digital vehicles law firms are using to communicate with their clients.

Digital client communications soared during the pandemic. Building on a recent survey by Greentarget, Right Hat and Zeughauser Group, moderators John Corey and Mary K Young asked a panel of three former and current in-house leaders to discuss the pros and cons of different approaches. They discussed what breaks through the clutter and what they ignore. We learned what they look for in law firm content and how they prefer it to be presented.

This recording will give you data about in-house lawyers’ preferences as well as insights behind the data. You will be armed with facts to help you influence the flow and presentation of content and prioritize among the endless possibilities.
