Shannon Davis is an Internationally respected creative director and brand consultant. With over 15 years of experience, she has established and grown brands for a wide range of industries including media and entertainment, legal, and non-profits among others. Expert in creative conceptualization and design problem-solving, Shannon also leads and mentors advertising and design students at Savannah College of Art and Design where she serves as an adjunct professor.

Troutman Pepper

Laura Owens is the Senior Brand Manager at Troutman Pepper. Laura's role is multifaceted, she is responsible for ensuring consistency of the brand across all mediums, offering design advice and providing creative direction on numerous projects. She also manages the Graphics and Design team. 

Laura joined Troutman Pepper in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her 15-year tenure at King & Spalding. At King & Spalding, she began her career as a Marketing Specialist and advanced to the role of Marketing Graphics Manager. These roles allowed her to realize that being a graphic designer for a law firm is not only possible but also a unique and rewarding challenge, even if it can be hard to explain at parties.

Laura holds degrees from Mary Baldwin University and The Art Institute of Atlanta. She is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry engagement.
