In a world with so many biz dev options we’ll workshop 5 simple steps to empower attendees to help their attorneys grow their revenue and practices. We know how tough it can be to get attorneys to act. Participants will be enthused with a better, deeper understanding for conveying “change” and “why’ when working with attorneys. To keep focused, we’ll look at existing client and referral relationships. 

During the session we’ll work through a 4-page worksheet and a simple calendar to use with attorneys to help build better biz dev habits. This will be part of the Takeaways. Bonus? Participants will also come away with a visual graphic of the Pipeline that almost all business follows. This Takeaway provides action-oriented checkpoints, so attorneys see the “whys” behind great biz dev strategy and results.
