Brian is a digital strategist and has extensive experience advising top law firms on expanding and strengthening their digital footprint. He has helped firms successfully launch websites, blogs, video series, podcasts, microsites, and email marketing initiatives and has designed and implemented two social media strategies that have been recognized in the Top 10 of Good2BSocial's Social Law Firm Index. Brian received his master's degree in strategic communication with a concentration in digital strategy and analytics from American University. Over the course of the last year, Katie has interviewed and on-boarded fully remote team members and been through the process herself. Jenna leads a team of skilled business professionals in implementing and executing client-focused initiatives that improve service excellence, drive revenue growth, and solidify client loyalty.
