Join the LMA Baton Rouge-New Orleans local group for a three-course cooking demonstration of creole and Cajun dishes at the New Orleans School of Cooking!In this private demonstration class, chefs will prepare local dishes while teaching the history of the cuisine and serving each course after its demonstration. Attendees can enjoy beer, wine, and an exclusive whiskey tasting provided by Big Easy Whiskey, a New Orleans-based traditional bourbon mash. All attendees will receive copies of the recipes, freshly made pralines, and a gift bag from our sponsor, the New Orleans School of Cooking.
