Business Development for a Profitable Practice: Adapting Plans to Weather Any Storm
Hosted by LMA Phoenix
October 21, 2021
11:30 - 12:30 MST
The world may be heading towards the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, but its impact is still significant. No one is certain what to expect next. And that isn’t the only uncertainty. We know that more storms lie ahead: possibly Category Five hurricanes like COVID-19 or widespread economic challenges; perhaps smaller storms that may affect only individual attorneys, law firms, or practice areas.
But here’s what we know for sure: attorneys and law firms need to continue to build strong practices, even in uncertain times.
Business Development for a Profitable Practice: Adapting Plans to Weather Any Storm will help you determine how marketing professionals can support attorneys in:
• Shifting business development plans for continued practice growth in the wake of COVID-19;
• Identifying and anticipating other storms that will affect practitioners and their clients;
• Adjusting business development activity when a storm hits; and
• Adapting to remote and hybrid working and business development with firm clients, contacts, and perhaps even for attorneys as well.
