Duane Eddy – Client Advisor / Client Engagement Manager, LexisNexis
Duane Eddy has worked in the CRM market for over 20 years. For the first 15 years, he was focused on providing technical consulting services with LexisNexis InterAction, performing many tasks such as installation, upgrades, report development, customizations, etc. He is a problem solver, using his years of experience and technical knowledge to find creative CRM solutions. As a Client Advisor, he is a CRM ambassador, working to make sure all customers are successful with their CRM implementations. He focuses on helping clients with the CRM strategies, initiatives and, more recently, analytics and reporting, to get the most out of their solutions.


Chris Finnecy – Founding Partner, Trellis Point
Chris is a Founding Partner of TrellisPoint, a technology services firm specializing in sales, marketing and customer service solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365. With over 25 years of experience in business, finance and CRM technologies, Chris directs a project to success by understanding the client’s business strategy and how technology-based solutions can realize their goals.


Danielle Lopez – Director of Marketing & Business Development, Brouse McDowell
Danielle is a legal marketing professional with 13 years of progressive experience leading business development efforts at mid-sized and AmLaw100 firms. As the Director of BD and Marketing at Brouse McDowell, she leads a team of marketing professionals, supporting 85 attorneys in developing strategic business plans, expanding client relationships and positioning the firm for future growth. In her previous roles, she helped design and implement an experience management system and rolled out a new CRM firmwide.  


Moderator: Leslie Noakes, Director – Marketing Operations, Lathrop GPM
Leslie Noakes has 12 years of experience in legal marketing and currently serves as Director of Marketing Operations at Lathrop GPM (formerly Lathrop Gage). She is responsible for budgeting, marketing technology (including CRM and other technologies), digital strategy, and other marketing operations functions. She led the re-brand project related to the combination of Lathrop Gage and Gray Plant Mooty and is currently leading the firm’s CRM initiative.
