About the Speaker:
Pamela Cone is the founder and CEO of Amity Advisory, a consultancy that helps organizations strengthen their ESG/Social Impact and Sustainability programs to achieve holistic, compelling, and profitable social impact: core to the business, consistent with purpose, and collaborative with stakeholders.
As a frequent speaker, Pam has shared her approach to social impact and sustainability programs for professional service firms hosted by United Nations Global Compact members in Chicago, the European and the Americas conferences of the Buying Legal Council, the Sustainability Conference hosted by SwissRe in Zurich, and via webinars to members of LexMundi, Legus Law, International Law Network, MultiLaw, the Law Firm Sustainability Network, TerraLex, BKR International, the International Bar Association, and at many firm retreats, partners’ meetings, annual meetings and client events.
She has authored numerous articles on the role of the professions in social impact and sustainability, as well as a book: Creating Social Impact: How your firm gains by adopting a socially responsible business strategy, available on Amazon.
Her undergraduate degree in International Relations and graduate degrees in both Communications Management and in Social Impact and Sustainability, along with decades of experience with professional service firms and their network organizations, have prepared Pam for this critical role helping the professions—lawyers, accountants, actuaries, consultants, and engineers—leverage their highest and best skills to address and solve the world’s most pressing challenges.
If not the professions, then who? And if not now, then when?
