About the Panel:

Taryn Elliott - Director of Client Success and Marketing- Legal Internet Solutions Incorporated
Taryn Elliott supports professional services firms to drive revenue through marketing activities. In her role as LISI’s Director of Client Success + Marketing, Taryn works with clients on marketing strategy, content creation, and CRM implementation, in addition to managing LISI’s own marketing efforts. Combining an analytical nature with creative ambition, Taryn focuses on creating marketing solutions that speak to a client’s target audience. With over 20 years of marketing experience for professional services firms, including a decade in-house at small-to-midsize law firms, she understands that implementation is the key to success. Therefore, Taryn is constantly searching for processes that effectively and efficiently transform strategy into action.

Aaron Reiter - Director of Website & Analytics- Faegre Drinker
Aaron’s focus at Faegre Drinker is at the nexus of marketing technology, relationship intelligence and user experience. Developing and managing a full spectrum marketing tech stack for a global firm has placed Aaron in the position to act as the primary contact for vendors related to these systems and initiatives. Aaron has also served as an SME or ancillary contact to many other firm vendors where the project or system is actually owned by others.

Jack Messer - Brand & Creative Manager- Ice Miller
In his role as Ice Miller’s Brand and Creative Manager, Jack Messer oversees top-level brand development, including traditional and online advertising, custom marketing campaigns, website visuals, podcast and video production, and branded event support. Jack manages the graphic design team, as well the firm’s relationships and collaborative efforts with various creative vendors and agencies.

Jack has been with Ice Miller for more than eight years and is well-regarded for his sharp design aesthetic—designing everything from print and digital content marketing guides for various markets to emails that were sent to audiences of 50,000-plus.

Prior to his tenure at Ice Miller, Jack worked for a media group based out of Indianapolis. He also taught as an Adjunct Publication Design Professor in the Pulliam School of Journalism at Franklin College for three years.
