The Association of Corporate Counsel Georgia Chapter is partnering with the LMA Atlanta Local Group to bring its members a presentation on what corporate counsel are looking for from outside law firms in these ever-changing and complicated times. In this program, we'll discuss how corporate counsel make buying decisions, what law firms can do to get on their radar and impress them, the need for law firms to embrace innovation and technology, RFPs, ranking guides, and much more. It will also cover how to get the most out of ACC involvement and how the organization is evolving.

Prior to joining Xplor, Mindy served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary (and Head of Human Resources for a period) at Paya (now a Nuvei company) and spent over two decades at U.S. Bank/Elavon, in a mix of leadership roles including Chief Counsel of Payment Services. Mindy is also the Chair of the Board of Directors for Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta as well as a volunteer with the organization, which engages volunteer attorneys to provide non-profits with legal services.

Dart Jackson has spent the last 20 years of his career serving as a senior member of various legal departments for large corporations. During the last 10 years, he serve as Deputy General Counsel for Datavant being the Head of litigation, employment law and Co- Lead of for DEI organization for the company.
A graduate of Duke university and William and Mary school of law, he was an associate and senior associate for an Am Law 200 firm in New York. He began his with in-house career with Home Depot, then later joined George Pacific as senior council. He has spoken extensively across the country on a variety of topics Including litigation strategy that are communicating with in-house council, better understanding the demands on corporate clients, business development, billing and other legal ops topics. Currently Dart serves as a Managing Director of the Jackson Consultancy, assisting. law firms, lawyers, and corporations on litigation strategy business development, DEI and employment law issues .

Geoff Frost has over 25 years of experience in the Atlanta legal industry. He spent seven years in marketing at an AmLaw 200 law firm in Atlanta and fifteen years as the Director of Client Development at Atlanta-based litigation firm Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP. Geoff currently serves as the Executive Director of the Association of Corporate Counsel Georgia Chapter and is on the Advisory Board of Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta where he chairs the Fundraising Committee. Geoff also serves as the CEO of Justified Client Development, a consulting practice where he works with a variety of clients in the legal industry.
