Building Bridges: Effective Contact and Relationship Management Techniques

Wednesday, November 13 |  11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. ET

While CRM systems and other marketing technology are supposed to be about improving relationships, law firms’ relationships with these systems have been challenging at best. Research shows that for years (decades, actually) firms have had a love-hate relationship with these systems.

Marketing and BD professionals start starry-eyed during the selection and implementation phases, thinking that these tools will help to identify and expand connections with clients and other key contacts that are so important and will help to keep up with key information and interactions to improve communication and coordination.

But while the technology is supposed to be the firm’s best friend, over time, the relationship can become estranged. After the initial honeymoon period, firms often discover that the technology isn't meeting their needs or expectations.

Sound familiar? If your Marketing/BD team has an on-again, off-again relationship with technology, this presentation will help you figure out how to reconcile – because breaking up can be hard (and expensive and time-consuming) to do.

Chris Fritsch, CRM Success Consultant and Founder of CLIENTSFirst Consulting will counsel firms on how to improve their relationship with marketing technology. She will also share information, ideas, and best practices for building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with these systems.
