And yet, the business growth of a legal practice can be successfully advanced with strategic, intentional, goal-oriented actions. Learn how a short, concise business plan will put lawyers and law firm marketers way ahead of the competition. 

This program, led by experienced lawyer and business development coach Doug Hastings, will give attendees a deep understanding of growth planning for lawyers. Key areas of focus include: 

• How to curate existing clients and referral sources for increased matters and referrals 
• Clear, realistic goal setting
