Julie has nearly two decades of experience in all areas of law firm talent management, including with strategic planning, change management, innovation, inclusive leadership, and team development. She advises stakeholders at all levels of the organization on talent strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the business priorities of the firm. Julie is passionate about helping people succeed and developing genuine, respectful relationships. Working across talent functions, she seeks to deliver an integrated talent experience where all employees are valued, feel a sense of belonging, and have equal opportunities to reach their highest potential.
Laura Higgins
Director of Alumni and Client Relations at Haynes Boone
Laura Higgins is the Director of Alumni and Client Relations at Haynes and Boone, LLP (Haynes Boone), an international corporate law firm with 19 offices and over 700. She is proud to have been tasked with building the #HBAlumni community as the first alumni relations professional at Haynes Boone. She launched her career in marketing and recruiting at Weil, an Am Law top 20 firm, where she spent her first ten years in the legal industry learning from a group of amazing mentors. Laura currently serves as the chair of the Legal Employer Alumni Relations/Programs section of National Association for Law Placement (NALP). Laura received her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Southern Methodist University. Go ponies!

Senior Manager Linda D. Domyanic oversees marketing, legal recruiting, client and associate relations for the Dallas office at international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
With a tenure spanning 17 years, Linda brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every facet of her role. Linda’s responsibilities extend across various domains, including diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing, employee engagement, client engagement, and alumni relations. She also manages the full lifecycle of a Weil attorney: fall/spring recruiting, summer associate program, associate/lateral hiring, onboarding, professional development, and the exit process.
Linda is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and Recruiting Administrators of Dallas. She previously volunteered with her son at Young Men's Service League, which promotes mother-son relationships through service, and was CASA of Collin County’s Volunteer of the Year in 2009. In all endeavors, whether professional or philanthropic, Linda is committed to excellence, integrity, and the unwavering pursuit of positive impact.
