Phoenix: AI’s Impact on Lawyer Business Development
AI’s Impact on Lawyer Business Development
Wednesday, February 26 | Noon - 1 p.m. MT
As AI increasingly handles traditional legal tasks, lawyers must shift their focus to mastering the skills that are essential for attracting, retaining, and growing client relationships in the future.
This program doesn’t delve into the technicalities of AI itself but instead emphasizes the critical marketing, business development, and client service competencies lawyers will need to thrive in an evolving industry.
Created by Hall of Fame coach and two-time best-selling author David Freeman, J.D., this program draws on his 30 years of experience training and coaching thousands of lawyers, combined with insights from a targeted survey on this topic. Key areas of focus include:
- The growing importance of client development skills in the legal profession.
- Identifying and implementing the specific skills lawyers must cultivate.
- Effective strategies for developing these skills within legal teams.
- Methods for measuring business development performance.
This session is invaluable for legal marketers and forward-thinking lawyers who are ready to prepare for the inevitable changes shaping the future of the profession.
