Courtney Beauzile leads the business development, marketing, communications, strategic planning, and branding efforts at Robins Kaplan LLP. She collaborates closely with firm leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives, enhance client growth strategies, and advance brand positioning. With nearly 20 years of experience in professional services marketing and sales, Courtney brings a wealth of expertise to her role.


Pat Lilja
Chief Marketing Officer, Pritzer Law Firm

Pat Lilja is Chief Marketing Officer at Pritzker Hageman, P.A., a boutique plaintiff law firm specializing in catastrophic injuries and complex cases, including foodborne illness, explosions, commercial vehicle involved injuries and other serious liability cases. Pat has been the CMO at Pritzker Hageman for the past six years. Prior to that he led the digital marketing team at Tunheim, where he worked with clients including Target, Ingersoll Rand, and Minnesota Public Radio.


Sally Schmidt
Founder and President of Schmidt Marketing

Sally Schmidt has worked with more than 500 law firms and law-related entities on their marketing, client service and business development efforts. With an MBA in marketing, she was a founder and the first President of LMA and is in the LMA Hall of Fame. She also was inducted into the inaugural class of the College of Law Practice Management. Sally has spoken at more than 300 national and international seminars and conferences for the legal profession, including programs sponsored by LMA, the ABA and the ALA. Her 300+ articles have appeared in myriad legal publications and she has a monthly post for the Attorney at Work blog. Sally is the author of two books on law firm marketing: Marketing the Law Firm: Business Development Techniques (Law Journal Press) and Business Development for Lawyers: Strategies for Getting and Keeping Clients (ALM Publishing).
